Chris, it goes without saying that you have my full and unconditional support in this matter. To anyone who reads this; I have known Chris Bennetts for several years. Although we first met online via a mutual interest newsgroup, we have since spent time in each others company in Australia and in the Philippines and Chris is in person exactly as he comes across online. WYSIWYG! He has been a friend to my wife and her family in time of great need and I would unhesitatingly place my four small daughters in his care at any time. Anyone who requires further illumination need only contact me for a prompt and frank response.

Every day, in every one of our nearly 33,000 clubs, Rotary Shares with passion, with caring, and with pride. Chris’s love for Rotary, pride in Rotary, and our joy in everything that we’ve accomplished or should I say where developing during this Rotary year.
Large humanitarian projects that came from Chris’s vision to provide better health and care to those less fortunate than ourselves have know become a hope for Chris. Hoping that I will continue with his vision because he simply cannot concentrate, I see it in him as if he has already lost a loved one.
I have promised Chris that I will continue his vision through, only because the terrible issues that he faces today simply were unavoidable and I hope he will be able to soon put this to rest with his son knowing his father is a good supporting father.
Maybe Ruby and he will never get back together.
Maybe Chris will never gain custody of his son due to the laws favoring Filipina mothers but one thing for certain if Ruby allows their son to grow up knowing his father he will have a healthier life and better education than most could ever offer their child.
Chris is not a selfish man or unreasonable. Rotarian’s that take office are not the type of person you here this gossip about. To say these things about Chris only assures me that the ones making allegations simply do not know him at all. I have spent a lot of time with Chris both socially and professionally.
I can honestly say I know more about his personal and family life than anyone else here, I was there the day Chris came to me nearly in tears after finding this Marston behind a closed door in the apartment Chris provided for his son and mother of his son. He provided all the furnishings and a lot more.
I commended Chris on keeping his composure. I for one could not have done so. If a man is in my home threatening me and more so hiding behind the door and calling me out to hit him. Well I can say you won’t have to ask me twice. But not Chris he thought of his son and the how his reaction could lead to more trouble. Again ask yourself what you would do?
Several days I ate dinner at the Chris’s home where Chris actually involved his sons in the cooking process. Every time he did so he prepared extra plates and immediately after delivered them to Ruby. That’s what father do!
Again I know this because I even drove him there myself a few times.
I can attest to this as I for one have been holding office right behind him as President Elect of our club. I know the time he spent with his loved one and the time he spent preparing for those unfortunate people working with dedication and working with love, working for a better, safer, healthier, and more peaceful Philippines creating projects to provide families with meals, education, dental care and even some with a lively hood.

I have known Chris for a few years now and I have heard in some detail of the conflict or more accurately, the problems between Chris and this creature Dean.
Chris is a loving Father and the safety, support and healthy development of his children is paramount. These allegations of sexual abuse or potential sexual abuse of his child is so absurd and vicious, as it does not merit much of a comment of defense as a defense is not necessary and being no defense needed….
This person, Dean I admit I do not know him personally, but I have observed him many times in Cebu City and Mactan at different locations. His demeanor seems to mimic a paranoid psycho. He also seems to have an inherent viciousness that shines through his every move no matter how he tries to disguise it. To sum this person up, I can think of no better simile than that of what one may find on the bottom of his shoes when he is not careful where he steps!
Oh yes and Michael who owns M B’s. This guy is a real nut case and profesional drunk. I have observed him many, many times over the years in different bars cafes etc. I can honestly say I never had more than s few words with him, but that was enough. I also NEVER saw him sober, ever…
I am no physiatrist but he seems to be a suicidal psychopath. He and his scurvy band of Euro bikers make me laugh out loud. What a bunch girls, tough guys huh? Yea sure they are, here in Cebu! Let them come to the U S and they will see some bikers, bikers that will chew their asses up in short time. Than again, so could a troupe of Eagle Scouts!
Why the PNP lets those guys continue with all their illegal activities is beyond me!
Getting back to Michael, poor Michael is not allowed much in his restaurant because his wife does not enjoy him banging his waitresses. Good thing she does not know about his desire and procurement of underage girls from a certain mamsan in Colon. Hmmmmm.

I have followed this story for some time and feel now is the time to write a few words on Chris’s behalf.
To begin at the beginning I have know Chris since 1994 when I was introduced to him via a personal friend of mine on the basis he would repair a computer of mine. This he did and invited me to eat with them, which was a present surprise. I accepted and met his family, His wife Antonieth, Phillip, Edward, William, and James the youngest was a babe in arms at the time. During the evening the computer was fixed and I noticed qualities in Chris I liked as a result we developed an acquaintanceship over the following months which grew into a friendship and now is a strong friendship which is one of those few that you count on one hand in a lifetime.
Over the years I have watched his family grow up the interaction between Chris his children and his wife. To suggest he would interfere with his children in a sexual way is nothing if not spurious nonsense. Homosexuality is abhorrent to Chris anyone who knows him, where evidence of that lifestyle is apparent even for a short time will get that message in his body language long before it is mentioned.
Chris is one of the more caring fathers I have known. He has been there for the children while they were growing up, he happily spends time teaching, showing and laughing with them as they learnt life’s lessons. He was also a loving husband to Antonieth. He does have a weakness in that he has a roaming eye and thinks with the wrong head at times and it is this reason the marriage has its difficulties. The fact Chris has had another baby with Ruby was a step too far for the marriage and they decided to separate.
This sad episode with Ruby and Marston has put a huge strain on Chris, which I have seen personally while he was home for Christmas.
I am happy to verify any comments made here under oath or in a statuary declaration if required.
Now the Allegations I can disprove from personal experience.
Chris being a Criminal in Aust and a Paedophile. Spurious nonsense.
You would be hard pressed to get Chris on a traffic fine that would be the most serious flirt with the law he has had in Australia.
His cavorting with underage girls well that’s stuff n nonsense as well, Chris does like youngish girls who are well above the legal age 20 to22 or 23 is his preferred range, which is well above the minimum age and is happy to point out when doubt is there and will leave well alone. Again anyone with knowledge of Chris and willing to tell the truth will attest to this.
Part of Chris’s business is that he hosts web sites and some of that is adult material for some customers again he has refused to allow some sites on his books because they may be suspect in his mind so declines to host them, for 2 reasons.
1 he does not like child abuse
2 he does not want to be involved or get his business involved in illegal sites which could close his whole business down.
Chris has spent years building his business in web development and hosting
To suggest he would train wreak that for something he finds abhorrent is delusional.
